... Winter Storm Warning in effect until 10 am PST Tuesday...

The National Weather Service in Spokane has issued a Winter Storm
Warning for heavy snow... which is in effect until 10 am PST
Tuesday. The Winter Weather Advisory is no longer in effect.

* Locations... Ritzville, Odessa, Wilbur.

* Snow accumulations... storm total snow accumulation 3 to 5
inches... locally up to 6 inches... except 1 to 3 inches Grand
Coulee and Coulee City areas.

* Timing... moderate to heavy snow will impact travel tonight
across the upper Columbia Basin... especially around the
Ritzville and Lind areas where the highest totals are expected. Snow
will become light Tuesday morning before ending by late
morning.

* Impacts... hazardous travel can be expected with snow covered
roads... including Interstate 90... Highway 2... and Highway 395.
