... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 am PST this
morning...

* locations... Ritzville, Grand Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur, and
Coulee City.

* Snow accumulations... an additional 1 to 2 inches. Storm total
accumulations 3 to 7 inches.

* Timing... moderate to heavy snow will impact travel early this
morning across the upper Columbia Basin... especially around the
Ritzville and Lind areas where the highest totals are expected.
Snow will decrease later this morning before ending by early
this afternoon.

* Impacts... hazardous travel can be expected with snow covered
roads... including Interstate 90... Highway 2... and Highway 395.
