Areal Flood Advisory
Issued: 9:12 PM MDT Jul. 24, 2016 – National Weather Service

The National Weather Service in Tucson has issued a

* small stream Flood Advisory for...
Cochise County in southeastern Arizona...

* until 1115 PM MST

* at 908 PM MST... Doppler radar and rain gage data indicated heavy
rainfall due to thunderstorms forming along a strong thunderstorm
outflow moving northwest through Cochise County. Rainfall amounts
of 0.50 to 1.25 inches are possible, with localized heavier
amounts up to 1.50 inches. This will cause small stream flooding
of roadways dips and normally dry washes in Cochise County.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
