... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 6 am MDT
Wednesday...

* timing... snow will continue overnight, it may be heavy at times
this evening. The snow is expected to decrease in the Wednesday
morning then diminish in the afternoon.

* Snow accumulations... 5 to 12 inches by early Wednesday
morning, with the heaviest amounts likely from Bailey and
Conifer across southern Jefferson.

* Wind/visibility... north to northeast winds at 15 to 25 mph will
reduce visibilities to less than a half mile at times.

* Impacts... travel will be hazardous due to heavy snowfall, poor
visibilities and snow covered roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Storm Warning means significant amounts of snow...
sleet... and ice are expected or occurring. This will make travel
hazardous or not impossible at times.
