... The Flash Flood Warning remains in effect until 100 PM CDT for
west central Bastrop and southeastern Travis counties...

At 1110 am CDT... the public reported heavy rain from thunderstorms
along the Bastrop and Travis County line. Three to five inches of
rain have fallen. The high rainfall amounts and heavy rainfall has
lead to a handful of low water crossings being closed across Travis
County.

Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Austin... Austin Bergstrom int ap... Mustang Ridge... wyldwood...
Webberville... del Valle... Maha and Pilot Knob.

Storms have pushed east of Hwy 183 and begun to decrease in
intensity. Additional rainfall amounts of half an inch to one inch
are possible in the warned area.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

A Flash Flood Warning means that flooding is imminent or occurring.
If you are in the warned area move to higher ground immediately.
Residents living along streams and creeks should take immediate
precautions to protect life and property.
