for northeastern Oklahoma... northwestern Lincoln... southwestern
Noble... eastern Logan and western Payne counties...

At 1014 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 4 miles northeast of Orlando to 4 miles south of Lake
Carl Blackwell to 6 miles west of Tryon to 3 miles south of Fallis,
moving northeast at 45 mph.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and penny size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... expect damage to roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Stillwater, Perry, Perkins, Langston, Luther, Wellston, Carney,
Tryon, Ripley, Coyle, Mulhall, Orlando, Meridian, Fallis, Lake Carl

* until 1045 PM CDT

* at 1007 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 3 miles north of Bridge Creek to near Cole, moving
northeast at 25 mph. Quarter size hail was reported northwest of
Middleburg on Interstate 44.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to roofs, siding, and trees.

* until 1145 PM CDT

* at 944 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Oklahoma City, Edmond, Midwest City, del City, Guthrie, Yukon,
Bethany, Mustang, Choctaw, Warr Acres, the Village, Piedmont,
Harrah, Spencer, Nichols Hills, Jones, Nicoma Park, Langston,
Crescent and Luther.

Rainfall of one to two inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots. Turn around, don't
