The Flood Warning continues for
the Ohio River at Cairo
* until Thursday June 01.
* At 8:00 PM Thursday the stage was 41.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 40.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue steady near 41.5 feet
through midnight tomorrow. The river will fall below flood stage
Thursday morning of next week.
* Impact... at 40.0 feet... minor flooding occurs affecting mainly
agricultural bottom land and low lying areas.
