Dakota... including the following areas... in north central
North Dakota... Bottineau... McHenry... Pierce... Renville...
Rolette and Ward. In northwest North Dakota... Burke and
Mountrail.

* Until 1 PM CDT this afternoon.

* Heavy rainfall possible... with rainfall rates possibly
exceeding 2 inches per hour.

* Excessive runoff will be possible that may produce flooding of
creeks... streams... and low lying areas.
