* until 630 PM CDT

* at 325 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to three inches of rain have
already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Brooklyn Park... Maple Grove... Coon Rapids... Blaine... Andover...
Ramsey... Champlin... Elk River... Lino Lakes... Forest Lake...

of 1 to 2 inches an hour will cause the potential for
localized flooding across the Twin Cities though 6 PM.

Minneapolis... St. Paul... Bloomington... Brooklyn Park... Plymouth...
Eagan... Woodbury... Maple Grove... Coon Rapids... Eden Prairie...
