At 755 am EDT... Doppler radar was tracking scattered heavy rain
showers and isolated thunderstorms over portions of Allegan...
Barry... Eaton... Ingham... Van Buren... Kalamazoo... Calhoun... and
Jackson counties. Many of these showers and storms were nearly
stationary.

Rainfall rates greater than one inch per hour are occurring. In
isolated locations where heavy rain persists... minor flooding of
roadways may occur. Flooding will be most common in low spots...
urban areas... and places with poor drainage.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Water may flood some roads and parking lots several inches deep. Be
alert for the potential of heavy rain and flooding this morning...
and do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
