south central Clermont County in southwestern Ohio...
west Central Adams County in southwestern Ohio...
southern Brown County in southwestern Ohio...

* until 900 PM EDT.

* At 636 PM EDT... radar indicated nearly stationary thunderstorms
with heavy rain across the area. Rainfall rates of 1 to 2
inches an hour will be possible through 8 PM.

* Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways
and underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks...
streams and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

* heat index values... up to 101 due to temperatures in the lower
90s... and dewpoints in the lower 70s.

* Timing... rest of this afternoon into early evening.

* Impacts... heat stroke... heat exhaustion and other heat
related illnesses will be possible... especially if you spend a
significant amount of time outdoors... or are involved in any
strenuous outdoor activity.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Reduce outdoor activities... especially from mid-morning through
the afternoon. Wear light weight and loose fitting clothing and
drink plenty of water. If possible... spend more time in air
