... The Flood Advisory for southwestern Franklin and southeastern
Madison counties remains in effect until 1145 am EDT...

At 958 am EDT... radar indicated that heavy rain had moved out of the
advisory area. Flooding will still be possible due to runoff from
earlier rainfall.

Minor flooding of low lying and poorly drained streets... highways and
underpasses will occur. In addition... farmland near creeks... streams
and drainage ditches will experience minor flooding.

Some locations that will experience minor flooding include
Grove City... Wrightsville... Georgesville... Darbydale and Big Plain.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Do not enter or cross flowing water or water of unknown depth.
