... Flood Warning extended until Friday morning... the Flood Warning continues for
the Alabama River near Claiborne dam - tailwater
* until Friday morning.
* At 9am Wednesday the stage was 48.1 feet.
* Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 42 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by Friday morning.
* At 42 feet... water begins to inundate the Eureka Landing community. Access to the community becomes cut-off around 43 feet.

... Flood Warning extended until Sunday morning... the Flood Warning continues for
the Tombigbee river near LeRoy
* until Sunday morning.
* At 10am Wednesday the stage was 28.1 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 24 feet.
* The river will continue rising to near 28.2 feet by this afternoon. The river
will fall below flood stage early Sunday morning.
* At 24 feet... flooding of low lying farm and pasturelands. Cattle in low
lying areas need to be moved to higher ground.

... Flood Warning extended until Saturday afternoon... the Flood Warning continues
for
the Tombigbee river near Coffeeville dam
* until Saturday afternoon.
* At 9am Wednesday the stage was 36 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 29 feet.
* The river will continue to fall to below flood stage by late Saturday morning.
* At 29 feet... pastureland becomes flooded. Livestock need to be moved to higher ground. Old Ferry Road near the river begins to flood.
