... The Flood Advisory remains in effect until 400 PM EDT for
northwestern Fayette... southeastern Washington and southwestern
Westmoreland counties...

At 201 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor
drainage areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area. Up
to two inches of rain have already fallen.
