northwestern Greene... southern Washington... southeastern Allegheny...
southeastern Ohio and northeastern Marshall counties...

At 910 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms
with very heavy rainfall exiting to the southeast. 2 to 2.5 inches
of rain has already fallen.
