Areas of fog will overspread the region early this morning... which
could be locally dense with visibilities reduce to 1/4 mile or
less during the morning rush.

Motorists should be alert for rapidly reduced visibilities this
morning. If driving... slow down... use your low beam
headlights... and leave plenty of distance ahead of you in case a
sudden stop is needed.

Visibilities should improve by mid-morning.
