The National Weather Service in Burlington has issued a frost
advisory... which is in effect from 2 am to 8 am EDT Sunday.

* Locations... the Saint Lawrence valley of New York... as well as
Rutland and Windsor counties of Vermont.

* Hazards... areas of frost.

* Temperatures... lows in the mid 30s.

* Timing... areas of frost will begin to develop after midnight
tonight... and be most widespread around sunrise Sunday morning.

* Impacts... outdoor vegetation sensitive to cold temperatures
may be killed if left uncovered.
