* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Kentucky, Bracken, Lewis,
Mason, Pendleton and Robertson and the following counties, in
Ohio, Adams, Brown, Clermont, Highland and Pike.

* WHEN...Until 430 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 121 PM EDT, Radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is
ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area.
Between 1 and 1.5 inches of rain have fallen. Additional
rainfall amounts of 1 to 1.5 inches are possible.
- Some locations that may experience flooding include...
Maysville, Georgetown, Washington, West Union, Manchester,
Peebles, Ripley, Aberdeen, Augusta, Winchester, Seaman,
Lewisburg, Brooksville, Higginsport, Belfast, Emerald,
Decatur, Russellville, Mount Olivet and Dover.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Kentucky, Bracken, Lewis, Mason
and Robertson and the following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown,
Highland, Hocking, Pike, Ross and Scioto.

* WHEN...Until 11 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Rain will fall across an area that has already received heavy
rainfall in recent days.  Saturated ground will lead to the
potential for additional flooding concerns today.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

People in the watch area, especially those living in areas prone to
flooding, should be prepared to take action should flooding develop.
Monitor the latest forecasts and be alert for possible flood
