HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. ...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM MDT WEDNESDAY FOR LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND GUSTY WINDS FOR FIRE WEATHER ZONES 430, 431, 432, 433, 434, 435, 436, AND 437... * WIND...West to southwest winds 15 to 35 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH. * HUMIDITY...8 to 12 percent. Overnight recoveries as low as 35 percent. * IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly. Outdoor burning is not recommended. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Dry lightning will be possible on Tuesday with isolated storms during the afternoon and evening hours. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... ...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON MDT WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is ongoing. * WHERE...A portion of panhandle Nebraska, including the following counties, Box Butte, Morrill and Scotts Bluff. * WHEN...Until noon MDT Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. Numerous roads remain closed due to flooding. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1122 AM MDT, Emergency management reported flooding in the warned area. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
