In south central Maine, Coastal Waldo, Interior Waldo, Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc and Southern Somerset. In southwest Maine, Androscoggin and Coastal Cumberland. * WHEN...From 11 AM EDT this morning through Friday evening. * IMPACTS...Small streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - Rainfall of 1 to 2 inches with locally higher amounts is possible in the watch area. This in combination with 1 to 2 inches of snowmelt will lead to small stream flooding. Urban and low lying flooding is also possible. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
