Elliott, Estill, Fleming, Menifee, Montgomery, Powell, Rowan,
Johnson, Martin,  Laurel, McCreary, Pulaski, Rockcastle, Whitley,
Bell, Breathitt, Clay, Floyd, Harlan, Jackson, Knott, Knox, Lee,
Leslie, Letcher, Magoffin, Morgan, Owsley, Perry, Pike, and Wolfe.

* WHEN...The Flood Watch lasts through early Monday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of creeks,
streams, and other low lying and flood prone locations.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Heavy downpours from repetitive, persistent thunderstorms may
bring locally very heavy rainfall, leading to flash flooding.
