Seas 7 to 10 ft. * WHERE...Coastal Waters to 60 nm out including San Clemente Island. * WHEN...Through 9 AM PDT today. * IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...There is a chance of thunderstorms and waterspouts early this morning near the shore, presenting additional hazards of erratic, gusty winds, small hail and lightning. Winds will ease this morning; seas will lower on Thursday. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... Mariners should alter plans to avoid these hazardous conditions.
