* at 1008 PM MDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from near Olathe to 12 miles northeast of loghill Village
to 10 miles southeast of Silverton, moving east at 50 mph.

Hazard... 70 mph wind gusts.

Source... radar indicated. This storm has a history of producing
           strong winds in excess of 70 mph.

Impact... expect considerable tree damage. Damage to Mobile homes,
           roofs, and outbuildings will be possible.

At 928 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 9 miles south of Naturita to 7 miles east of
Dolores. Movement was east at 45 mph.

Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph will be possible with these storms.

Locations impacted include...
Telluride, Mountain Village, Ouray, Dolores, Ridgway, Silverton,
Norwood, Rico, Sawpit, loghill Village, La Plata, Ophir, Placerville,
Redvale, Rockwood, Tacoma, Gladstone, Trout Lake, Colona and red mtn.
