Special Statement
Issued: 9:41 PM CST Feb. 22, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Winter weather to return Thursday night through early Saturday...

A winter weather system will move from Kansas Thursday night to lower
Michigan Saturday and bring a wintry weather back to Wisconsin. Snow
should arrive Thursday night and continue into early Saturday in most
places. The snow may change to sleet, freezing rain or rain during
the daytime hours Friday, especially across east central Wisconsin.

Six inches or more of snow seem likely north of a Wausau to Niagara
line, with less to the south where it will be mixed with sleet, freezing
rain or rain. Gusty northeast winds may cause blowing and drifting snow
away from the lake and Bay. There is still some uncertainty with the
track of the storm, so snow amounts may change.

Keep up to date with the latest forecasts if you have travel plans
Thursday night through early Saturday.
