Special Weather Statement issued by Environment.  11:21 AM EDT Saturday 29 April 2017.
Significant rain is expected late Sunday and Monday.

An intensifying low pressure system tracking toward the Great Lakes is expected to bring significant rain, with possible thunderstorms, beginning late Sunday. There are some uncertainties regarding total rainfall amounts; however, some areas could receive local amounts exceeding 50 millimeters by Tuesday morning. 

Rainfall warnings may be issued for some regions as the system evolves.
