==Discussion==

Snow returns on Tuesday.

A Colorado low will affect southern Quebec on Tuesday. Snow at times
heavy and possibly mixed with ice pellets will gradually begin
Tuesday morning over southwestern Quebec. The snow will then move
into central and eastern Quebec Tuesday afternoon and evening.
Significant snowfall amounts as well as blowing snow are expected
over several regions of Quebec on Tuesday.

The poor weather conditions could lead to transportation delays.
