==Discussion==

Near zero visibility in fog is expected or occurring.

Widespread dense fog which developed early this morning continues to
lie over the Red River valley eastward into northwestern Ontario.
Motorists in this area including those travelling along the
trans-Canada Highway should be prepared to encounter areas of
near-zero visibility.

Fog will likely persist tonight in the Red River valley.
Southeastern Manitoba may well see the fog continue through Monday.

Visibility may be significantly and suddenly reduced to near zero.
If visibility is reduced while driving, slow down, watch for tail
lights ahead and be prepared to stop.

Please continue to monitor alerts and forecasts issued by
Environment Canada. To report severe weather, send an email to
ec.Storm.Ec(at)canada.CA or tweet reports to (hash)mbstorm.
