Special Weather Statement
Issued: Environment Canada
Special Weather Statement issued by Environment. 11:02 AM EST Saturday 16 November 2019.
A low pressure system from the U.S. eastern seaboard could hit Southern Quebec with a mixed bag of precipitation in the later half of the day on Monday. Precipitation is expected to begin as freezing rain Monday afternoon or evening before changing over to snow in the overnight hours. Ice accretion could be significant over several areas making roads and other surfaces very slippery.

The exact track of this system remains uncertain and, as a result, so do the areas at risk. More details will be provided in future forecasts.
