... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to
9 am akst Monday...

The National Weather Service in Juneau has issued a Winter
Weather Advisory... which is in effect from 3 PM this afternoon to
9 am akst Monday.

* Snow... 4 to 8 inches through Monday morning.

* Timing... snow will develop this afternoon and continue into
Monday morning. Snowfall will be heaviest during Sunday night.

* Impacts... travel will become hazardous due to snow covered
roads. Visibility may be reduced below 1 mile at times
especially Sunday night.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

An advisory means that a potentially hazardous event is already
occurring or imminent.
