Issued: 5:12 AM PST Jan. 18, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Ice Storm Warning remains in effect until 10 am PST this
morning...

* locations... Grand Coulee, Odessa, Wilbur, Coulee City, Moses
Lake, Ephrata, Othello, Quincy, north Spokane, Hayden, and
Davenport.

* Temperatures... mid to upper 20s for the Moses Lake, Othello, and
Ephrata areas. Lower 30s for the Spokane and Coeur D'Alene areas
with the best chance for additional ice accumulation in the
northern Metro.

* Ice accumulations... an additional quarter to third of an inch
for places that remain below 32 degrees through late morning
like Moses Lake, Ephrata, Coulee City, and Wilbur.

* Timing... another round of precipitation will occur during the
early to mid morning hours.

* Impacts... significant ice accumulations will create treacherous
travel conditions. There may be some tree damage and power
outages in the Moses Lake area due to total ice accumulations up
to a half inch.

An Ice Storm Warning means significant ice accumulations will
make travel dangerous or impossible. Travel is strongly
discouraged. If you must travel... pack a flashlight... blankets...
food... and water in your vehicle.
