the lower Columbia Basin and Blue Mountain foothills.
Washington fire zone 675 covering the Hanford district and the
Yakima Valley.

* Wind... southwest to west 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph.

* Humidity... 6 to 15 percent.

* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
