* timing... winds will increase by midday Thursday and remain
strong and gusty into Thursday evening. Strongest winds are
expected from mid afternoon through early evening Thursday.

* Winds... northwest winds of 20 to 30 mph are forecast along
with gusts up to 45 mph.
