The National Weather Service in Flagstaff has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
Coconino County in north central Arizona...

* until 445 PM MST

* at 140 PM MST... National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
additional storms forming over west Flagstaff. These storms will
track eastward over areas that have already received 1 to 2 inches
of rainfall today. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding
in the advisory area.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Flagstaff... Cosnino... Walnut Canyon National Monument.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause elevated levels on
small creeks and streams... and ponding of water in urban areas...
highways... streets and underpasses as well as other poor drainage
areas and low lying spots.
