* at 746 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated scattered heavy rain
producing showers and thunderstorms associated with weakening
Tropical Depression Cindy across the advisory area. Rainfall
amounts over the past 3 hours have ranged from 2 to 3 inches in
numerous locations as the activity continues to track northeast at
30 mph across the same area. An additional 1 to 2 inches will be
possible. This will result in minor flooding.


Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
