Benton County in northwestern Arkansas...
Carroll County in northwestern Arkansas...

* until 230 am CDT

* at 929 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to a band of
thunderstorms sinking slowly south across northwest Arkansas. This
will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Radar has been
estimating 1 to 2 inch per hour rain rates with this band of
convection.

* Widespread showers and thunderstorms will spread across eastern
