southern Columbia County in southwestern Arkansas...
south central Lafayette County in southwestern Arkansas...
northwestern Webster Parish in northwestern Louisiana...
northwestern Claiborne Parish in northwestern Louisiana...

* until 1215 PM CDT

* at 907 am CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. Rainfall will develop and train over the same
areas. This will cause minor flooding. Overflowing poor drainage
areas will result in minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to one inch of rain has already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Springhill... Haynesville... Cullen... Bradley... Taylor... Emerson...
Shongaloo... Atlanta... Canfield... welcome... Bussey... Horsehead...
Gin City... Walkerville and state line.

Additional rainfall of one and one half inches is expected over the
area. This additional rain will make minor flooding.
