The Flood Warning continues for
the Arkansas River at Pendleton.
* From late Monday night until further notice... or until the warning
is cancelled.
* At 8:15 PM Saturday the stage was 29.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 31.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by Tuesday morning and continue
to rise to near 32.0 feet by Wednesday morning.
* Impacts at 31.0 feet... residences inside the levee just upstream
of the Pendleton bridge are affected.
* Impacts at 32.0 feet... area access roads on right descending bank
upstream and downstream of the bridge are flooded. Property inside
the levee in the pendeleton area is threatened and should be
removed.

The Flood Warning continues for
the Arkansas River at Pine Bluff.
* From Monday morning to Friday morning... or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 3:00 PM Saturday the stage was 36.5 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 42.0 feet.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage by late Monday morning and
continue to rise to near 44.0 feet by Tuesday early afternoon.
This forecast is based off of heavy rainfall this weekend and
Reservoir releases upstream. Please monitor latest forecasts
for any updates.
* Impacts at 44.0 feet... trulock Bay residential addition upstream of
U.S. Highway 79 business bridge is affected.

9 PM CDT Sunday...

* event... gusty south winds.

* Areas affected... much of the eastern half of Arkansas.

* Timing... advisory winds will likely begin within a few hours
after sunrise Saturday morning.

* Winds... sustained winds of 15 to 20 mph with gusts up to 30
mph possible.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A lake Wind Advisory indicates that winds will cause rough chop
on area lakes and rivers. Small boats will be especially prone to
capsizing.
