* timing... strong northwest winds will develop through the evening
and begin to diminish by 3 am Monday.

* Winds... northwest winds of 25 to 30 mph with gusts of 40 to 45
mph.

* Impacts... strong winds may cause hazardous driving conditions
especially for high profile vehicles. Rotted trees and loose
limbs may also be downed by strong wind gusts.

Winds this strong can make driving difficult... especially for
