Little change in the foggy conditions is anticipated into midday along
and east of a Leon, Newton to Allison line, including the Waterloo
area. Visibilities will often be no better than a few miles and
down to a quarter mile at times. Motorists are urged to use their
headlights and slow down placing extra stopping distance between
vehicles.
