Watches & Warnings

Special Statement
Issued: 2:37 AM CDT Jul. 27, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Strong thunderstorms producing torrential rainfall possible
today through tonight...

Several rounds of thunderstorms are expected today and tonight
across southern Indiana and central Kentucky. Any thunderstorm
that develops will be capable of producing torrential rainfall.

Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are most likely with locally
higher amounts possible in areas where thunderstorms repeatedly
track over the same areas. This may result in localized flooding
issues especially in typical flood prone and poor drainage areas.

Stay updated to the latest forecast information and take action if
any flood advisories or warnings are issued later today or
tonight.
