... Patchy black ice tonight...

Light winds and breaks in the cloud cover will allow temperatures
to fall below freezing tonight. This... coupled with surface
moisture... should allow patchy black ice to develop this evening
into the overnight.

Travelers should be prepared for icy spots... and drive or walk
with extra caution tonight. Elevated roadways... Highway on and off
ramps... and less traveled secondary roadways will be most
susceptible to black ice formation.
