The National Weather Service in Fort Worth has issued a

* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for...
Rockwall County in north central Texas...
northwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas...

* until 515 PM CDT

* at 315 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms that were
producing heavy rainfall across portions of Kaufman County. While
rainfall rates are decreasing... upwards of two inches of rain has
already fallen across the area. Excessive runoff from these
thunderstorms will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding. Areas
that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are most
likely to experience flooding. This means some low water crossings
in the region may become impassable.

Rowlett... Rockwall... Terrell... Seagoville... Forney... Kaufman...

northwestern Kaufman County in north central Texas...

* until 330 PM CDT

* at 127 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated training thunderstorms
that were producing heavy rainfall across Rockwall and
northeastern portions of Dallas counties. Excessive runoff from
these thunderstorms will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding.
Areas that are low lying or usually experience poor drainage are
most likely to experience flooding. This means some low water
crossings in the region may become impassable.
