* An additional quarter to one half inch of rainfall is expected
tonight and Thursday.

* Road crews in the advisory area have reported large puddles over
roadways and intersections. Large puddles may deepen to the point
that they cause minor flooding to homes or other structures.

* Other potential impacts include: rises on small streams and
creeks and a small potential for ice jams on creeks and rivers as
well.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small
creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets and underpasses as
well as other drainage areas and low lying spots.

Please report flooding to your local law enforcement agency when you
can do so safely.
