Springtime snowfall on Friday evening...

A low tracking up from the central U.S. will bring snow to Southern Quebec starting Friday. Mostly wet snow is expected on Friday; however, the snow will accumulate during the overnight hours on Friday into Saturday as the temperature hovers near or slightly below the freezing mark. A total of 5 to 10 centimetres of snow is expected during the night.

On Saturday, the snow will change over to intermittent rain since the temperature will be about plus 4 degrees.
