... Significant weather advisory for northeastern Buchanan...
northwestern Clinton... southeastern Gentry... southeastern Andrew and
DeKalb counties until 1145 am CDT...

At 1120 am CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Union Star to Edgerton. Movement was
northeast at 55 mph.

Dime size hail and winds in excess of 30 mph will be possible with
these storms.

Locations impacted include...
St. Joseph, Cameron, Plattsburg, Gower, Maysville, King City,
Stewartsville, Union Star, Osborn, Clarksdale, Easton, Cosby,
Weatherby, McFall, Amity, Fairport, Ford City and Helena.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms, and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
