... Coastal flood advisory in effect until 10 am CDT this
morning...

The National Weather Service in Corpus Christi has issued a
coastal flood advisory, which is in effect until 10 am CDT this
morning.

* Coastal flooding... primarily limited to Gulf facing beaches.

* Timing... coastal flooding threat a few hours each side of high
tide cycles... with the concern ending late this morning.

* Impacts... wave run up into the dunes may occur resulting in
limited to impossible beach driving conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
