... Winter Storm Watch in effect from Friday morning through late
Friday night...

* timing... rain will mix with snow and may change over to snow
Friday morning and become heavy at times into Friday evening.

* Snowfall... 1 to 3 inches near Hudson to possibly over a foot in
Sinks Canyon State Park. However, there is still uncertainty as
a difference in 1 or 2 degrees can make a big difference in
accumulation.

* Visibility... visibility may be reduced to under one half a
mile in heavy snow.

* Main impact... travel may become difficult with snow covered
and snow packed roads.
