The Flash Flood Watch continues for

* a portion of central Pennsylvania, including the following
areas, Adams, Bedford, Blair, Cambria, Cumberland, Dauphin,
Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, Juniata, Lancaster, Lebanon,
Mifflin, Perry, Somerset, and York.

* Through Saturday afternoon

* heavy rainfall of two to three inches with local amounts of over
four inches is possible, especially in higher terrain. Areas
that received the heavy rainfall last weekend are most
susceptible to flooding.

The National Weather Service in State College PA has issued a

* urban and small stream flood advisory for...
southwestern Cambria County in central Pennsylvania...

* until 445 PM EDT

* at 245 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding in
the advisory area. Up to one inch of rain has already fallen and
another inch or so is possible through 4 PM EDT.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Belmont, Johnstown, Westmont, Windber, South Fork, Ehrenfeld,
Vinco, Daisytown, East Conemaugh and Dale.

A flood advisory means river or stream flows are elevated, or ponding
of water in urban or other areas is occurring or is imminent.
