northeastern Harris County in southeastern Texas...
northwestern Chambers County in southeastern Texas...

* until 115 PM CDT

* at 1020 am CDT... Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated
heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small
Stream flooding in the advisory area. Up to two inches of rain have
already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
northern Pasadena... Baytown... Deer Park... Beach City...
Channelview... Highlands... Cloverleaf... Barrett... Mont Belvieu...
Old River-Winfree... Cove... Houston Ship Channel...
San Jacinto State Park... Northshore and Wallisville.
