... Small Craft Advisory remains in effect until 6 PM EST this
evening...

* winds... northwest 15 to 25 kt... with gusts up to 30 kt early
across the waters from off Cape Fear and northward.

* Seas... will peak in the 4 to 7 foot range across the NC waters
and 3 to 6 ft across the SC waters. Dominant periods will run
near 10 seconds this morning... dropping back to 5 to 7 seconds
by midday.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Small Craft Advisory means that wind speeds of 25 to 33 knots
and or seas of 6 ft or greater are expected to produce hazardous
wave conditions to small craft. Inexperienced mariners,
especially those operating smaller vessels should avoid
navigating in these conditions.
